Most clients describe the sensation as tolerable. I use a topical numbing cream throughout the procedure to minimize discomfort. Client comfort is a high priority, and I always ensure you are as relaxed as possible during the process.

A typical initial Microblading session takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. This time includes a thorough consultation, mapping and pre-drawing the shape (the longest part!), pigment selection, the actual blading procedure, and aftercare instructions.

The healing process usually takes 7 to 14 days. Days 1-2: Brows appear darker and bolder than the final result. Days 3-7: You may experience slight flaking or scabbing. It is crucial not to pick the scabs, as this can pull out the pigment. After 14 days: The color will soften and appear lighter. The final color and look will settle in after about 6-8 weeks. Detailed aftercare instructions, along with an aftercare pack, will be provided at your appointment.

Yes, a mandatory touch-up (or "perfecting session") is required 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. This session is essential for filling in any areas where the pigment may have faded, perfecting the shape, and ensuring the longest lasting results.

While Microblading is suitable for most people, there are some contraindications (reasons why you might not be able to have the treatment). We will discuss this fully during the consultation, but common restrictions include pregnancy, certain skin conditions, or being on specific blood-thinning medications.
